Hugo Hernault

I am Ph.D. candidate in the Graduate School of Information Science & Technology at Tokyo University, where I study under the guidance of Mitsuru Ishizuka. Before that, I was a Master's student at ENSEEIHT in Toulouse, France.

My research interests are in natural language processing and machine learning. In my current work, I employ semi-supervised methods to classify discourse relations. More generally, I am interested in developing methods for finding the structure of texts, as well as building practical discourse parsers.
